How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist with your request, we recommend reaching out to us via phone or live chat for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

Can I exchange my order?

We are currently not set up for exchanges.

Can I change the color/size of what I just ordered?

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the looks you didn’t mean to order.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer service. Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because items are shipping as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening.

How can I track my package?

Once your package is shipped, you’ll be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check back roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

Can I receive a price adjustment?

You sure can! Price adjustments are limited to full price items. Price adjustments must be requested within 14 days of your original purchase and will be issued in the form of store credit. Sale items are not eligible for price adjustment. Please contact Customer Care to adjust your purchase price.

My order status says delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

CottagecoreChic will provide a tracking number once your order ships. You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package. CottagecoreChic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed. If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to file a lost package claim.
